We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You receive messages only when you interact with the service (e.g., scanning cards, searching contacts, setting reminders). Typical users receive 1–10 messages per session.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CardDrop does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to (209) 299-0966. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Your account and saved contacts will remain intact and accessible via the web dashboard.
For help, text HELP to (209) 299-0966 or email support@carddrop.co.
